Ensure that complaints/feedbacks are properly collected, analysed, addressed and processed in a timely manner and in complementarity to specific procedures in place (eg.Ensure an effective implementation and use of the Complaints and Feedback Mechanisms as per the SOP in place.Support the program teams and the technical units in the definition of surveys and evaluations (sampling, questionnaires, baseline/endline surveys and technical studies etc.).Ensure that data are fed into management decisions and used in program management.Lead the analysis of data collected, in coordination with the Program teams and Reporting and Grants Officer.On a monthly basis, lead and supervise the compilation of collected data from field teams, in coordination with the MEAL and Program teams.Lead and supervise the creation and updating of MEAL databases and tools, based on program needs.Provide advice on the type, frequency and design of monitoring tools and activities.
